The tech consists of electrodes that are surgically implanted, and a headset with antennas that helps the man to stand, walk, and even climb stairs with 74% accuracy!

They restored his mobility, but they also helped with his neurological recovery.

Even when they switched off the tech, he regained the ability to walk with crutches.

How does it work?

Put simply, these brain implants can translate brain signals into commands for muscle movement.

Basically, they built a “digital bridge” between the brain and the spinal cord.
