ChatDev: Agents for coding
PLUS: What DeepMind's co-founder thinks about AI
Hi folks!๐๐ป This is The Prompt! Weโre like your AI coach! We've got the drills and plays to keep you ahead of the game
Let's get it
FEATURED
ChatDev: Agents for Software Development
ChatDev stands as a virtual software company entirely run by intelligent agents.
Yeah, you read that right: it's a company of bots, by bots, for... well, us humans.
What exactly can they do?
ChatDev is all about making Large Language Models (LLMs) work together to write whole codebases, not just one-off functions or files.
The agents in ChatDev act like a real company team. You've got a CTO, software engineers, and designers, all writing code together.
But, how do these agents stay so in sync?
User prompts aren't a one-and-done thing; they're talked about over time to get the best results.
The code gets tested by other agents and then another team wraps it up with documentation.
How can you try it?
The codebase is very approachable and nicely documented. It should be really cheap to run also, since it relies on GPT-3.5-turbo. Hereโs the GitHub link.
